Ever find yourself saying..
“I KNOW WHAT TO DO BUT CAN’T SEEM TO DO IT”
The majority of the clients I worked with have a pretty good idea of some changes they could make RIGHT NOW in their lives that would move them a bit closer to losing weight.
At least they knew a few things they could STOP doing, that would allow them to get a bit closer to the results they wanted.
But even though they know what to, they cant make themselves do it!
And thats whats WAS so frustrating for them.
They found themselves starting over every Monday.
They found themselves being “good” for a majority of the week but one little slip up and the wheels came falling off.
They found themselves trying to use shame and guilt to try and motivate themselves into working out and eating better.
They found themselves losing the same weight over and over again no matter how much willpower, motivation and discipline they tried to use.
They found themselves overwhelmed with getting started again because nothing worked in the past and didn't know where to begin.
They were FRUSTRATED, STRESSED OUT, and DISCOURAGED
They felt as if they could NEVER lose the weight they wanted to…
That’s why I do things a bit differently.
